Refund Policy
Refund information for Bedford Eagles seasonal programs, camps and Bedford Elite.
Bedford Eagles Regular Seasonal Registration
A partial refund will be provided to a player who withdraws on or before November 1, 2026.
The refund will be reduced by an administration fee to account for transaction costs, classification gym expenses and the time elapsed since registration.

Extenuating Circumstances
Refunds are not normally permitted after November 1. In extenuating circumstances, such as an injury, a partial refund may be considered by the Bedford Minor Basketball Association Executive.
Camps
Camp registration may be refunded before the first scheduled day of camp, less a $20 administration fee.
No refunds will be provided after the first day of camp.
Bedford Elite Program
Tryout registration: No refunds will be provided once tryout sessions begin.
Program registration: Refunds approved before March 1 will be reduced by $175 to cover uniform and administrative costs.
No Bedford Elite program refunds will be provided after March 1.
Registration fees and refund amounts are reviewed annually. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Bedford Minor Basketball Association Board.
